The Winton Vs. Arbour
2-6-6-6 Construction
(Just Because its a Flashy Title)

Here they are, the two 2-6-6-6 Winton and Arbour kits.
The Winton dates to 1949.

(No I do not have an Arbour ad handy at this writing.)

Lets check out the Winton Kit.

First inspection shows a variety of parts.
Hard to believe this kit sat around since 1950ish unopened.

OMG!! Parts, n stuff n stuff, even tiny parts laying in the big box!
How do I manage this?

Get yourself an organizing box.

There, but gotta do that little box.

There they all are, in three organizers.
They snap tight, air tight, if they're tossed about, no losses,
no parts laying about, and its easy to see them.

Three pages of plans, oooh where to start?
After some thought, I would basically start the boiler,
then move immediatly to the running gear.

On to the Arbour>>>
